The machine operates as a rotary-disc indexed system. Cups are automatically dropped onto the disc, then advanced station by station via a Liansheng cam divider. At the filling station a 316L servo pump dispenses the measured liquid/paste into each cup to ±1% accuracy. Subsequent stations lower and press the cap. At the discharge station, a photoelectric eye triggers the eject mechanism to output the sealed product. Roll or sheet film is thermally bonded to the cup rim at a programmable temperature (ambient to 300°C, ±5°C). Delta PLC and Weintek HMI control sequencing, temperature, filling volume, and fault/temperature alarms.
