Empty cups/boxes are fed via a 2-metre conveyor and manipulator onto a rotating disc indexed by a Liansheng cam divider. At each station the disc presents the container under heated sealing tooling, where roll or sheet film is heat-pressed to the rim at a controlled temperature (ambient to 300°C, ±5°C). After sealing, downstream stations apply caps and press them on; an electric-eye-triggered cup-eject system uses bottom and top pneumatic cylinders with a strip-out mechanism to remove finished products. Delta PLC and Weintek HMI coordinate motion, temperature control, and alarms.
