Funktionsweise
Perfume base is loaded into a 500 L jacketed 304 SS tank, mixed by a pneumatic agitator, and chilled by a refrigeration coil (driven by a 5HP/4 kW Maneurop compressor) to precipitate insoluble matter. A 0.25 MPa diaphragm pump transfers the chilled liquid through a 10-inch pleated cartridge filter (0.1 MPa, 304 SS housing) to remove particulates and produce clear, stable perfume.
