Funktionsweise
Air-source heat pump principle: the compressor compresses refrigerant; heat is released at the condenser to heat supply air; 24 high-temperature axial circulation fans (550 W, 4-inch) deliver hot air into the drying room in side-blow or opposing-blow configuration to dry material on trolleys loaded with 304 SS mesh trays. The evaporator absorbs heat and removes moisture (60 L/H). The controller executes up to 10 countdown segments each with independent temperature and humidity setpoints, automatically starting and stopping compressors for energy-efficient continuous drying.
