Funktionsweise
High-shear inline emulsification: the rotor (2,800–2,900 rpm) creates strong axial suction at the impeller inlet, drawing material into the chamber where 1–3 stages of interlocking multi-layer stator-rotor pairs subject it to intense mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal compression, liquid-layer friction, impact tearing, and turbulence. This combination instantly disperses and emulsifies immiscible solid/liquid/gas phases into finely divided, long-term-stable suspensions, emulsions, or foams, with a significantly narrowed particle-size distribution.
