Funktionsweise
Pneumatic-controlled cup line: cup dropper loads 4 cups per cycle → piston filler with anti-drop nozzle dispenses adjustable volume → UV sterilisation → ribbon date printer codes lid film → first copper sealing head heat-presses film → second copper sealing head reinforces seal → photo-electric film registration → automatic cutter separates cups → finished cups drop and waste film is recycled.
