Funktionsweise
Roll stock feeds from the 1500 mm unwind station through pneumatic brakes and auto constant-tension system with analogue web-guide correction into the main unit; each of the 4 print stations carries a ceramic anilox roll + hard-alumina plate roll + doctor blade driven by an ink-train motor to circulate ink from the 304 stainless tray; after printing the web passes through a drying section to cure the inks; finally the 7.5/11 kW rewind motor with air shaft centre-rewinds the finished web to 1500 mm diameter at ±0.15 mm register accuracy.
