Funktionsweise
Syringes are fed onto station fixtures via a centrifugal plate. Four ceramic plunger pumps draw measured doses from the hopper (optional auto liquid-level refill) and inject product bubble-free through filling needles into each syringe. Caps sorted by an SUS316L vibratory clean plate are delivered to the capping station for automatic screw-capping. Servo motors + PLC synchronise all stations; HMI displays live station status and fault codes. Optional Class A laminar-flow hood enables aseptic filling.
Prozessbeschreibung
1Syringes are fed onto station fixtures via a centrifugal plate.
