Funktionsweise
Material enters the 4 weigh hoppers via a single vibratory feeder plate. High-precision digital load cells feed real-time readings to the MCU, which applies a combination algorithm across the 4 hoppers to select the combination closest to the target weight, then opens the selected hoppers to dispense. Stepper motors drive the vibratory feeder and hopper gates — no compressed air required. The 7-inch touchscreen allows parameter setting and auto-learning of the fill profile.
