SED-4QX-L — Inline Clamp-and-Flip 4-Head Bottle Washer SED-4QX-L

Bottles arrive on an 82 mm wide stainless steel chain belt (or 114.3 mm in the water-wash variant). A linear clamp-and-flip mechanism grips bottles 4-up and rotates them 180 degrees so the mouth points downward. The pneumatic nozzle assembly rises into the bottle mouth: the inner layer blows compressed air; the outer layer (water-wash variant) jets water from a pump. The swirl-jet creates a strong linear water/air column that strikes the bottle bottom and reflects to clean the cavity. A 370 W mid-pressure return-suck blower (water-wash variant) draws out residual liquid. The mechanism then flips bottles upright and discharges them. No-bottle-no-flip interlock prevents dry cycling.
