Funktionsweise
Bottles are conveyed in-line beneath four servo-driven piston cylinders. Each cylinder draws material from the supply pump in a measured volumetric stroke and dispenses into the bottle through a stainless-steel sealed ball valve developed for high-viscosity products. Twin guide rails ensure piston stroke precision; a cross-beam lift adjusts to bottle height. PLC plus touch-screen drives the cycle, with optional electronic-scale weight feedback for in-line dose adjustment.
Prozessbeschreibung
1Bottles are conveyed in-line beneath four servo-driven piston cylinders.
2Each cylinder draws material from the supply pump in a measured volumetric stroke and dispenses into the bottle through a stainless-steel sealed ball valve developed for high-viscosity products.
