SED-4AGL-2-F — Ampoule Filling and Sealing Machine

Ampoules enter via the silicone rubber infeed port. The mechanical no-bottle-no-fill detector checks each bottle position — no bottle means no pump action. The glass filler and piston dispense the set dose of liquid into the ampoule. Optional pre/post-N₂ purge stages protect the product. The preheat station warms the ampoule neck. The proprietary O₂ + LPG mixture is fed through the drawing flame head, which heats and draws the neck to form an hermetic seal. The flashback arrestor prevents flame from propagating back into the gas supply. Finished ampoules exit via the SS outfeed port.
