Funktionsweise
Film roll feeds into a vertical film-pull mechanism. Photo-electric bag-length tracking positions the film; the heat-seal and film-pull system forms four-side-sealed pouches. Multi-head filling tubes fill liquid content. The pneumatic vertical-seal and cut system (PLC-controlled blade release) completes the cut and separates bags. Excess seal edges are automatically trimmed and recycled. Finished pouches exit via a conveyor mechanism.
