Funktionsweise

Ten weighing heads arranged as a combinational scale each receive a portion of the bulk feed and weigh it. The PLC selects the combination of heads whose summed weight is closest to the target (e.g. 250 g) and discharges only those heads simultaneously, pouring the combined fill into a chuck-positioned bottle. The automatic bottle-feed conveyor presents bottles in sequence; if no bottle is detected the discharge is inhibited.
