Funktionsweise
Lower film (422 mm wide) is fed and pre-heated, then vacuum-formed into pockets via 4-axis lever vertical lifting at the forming station (BUSCH 063 + 0202 vacuum pumps with negative-pressure tank). Products are loaded; oil-isolation device prevents oil from contaminating the seal area. Top film (397-398 mm wide) is fed; sealing station uses 6 AIRTAC ACQ125x20 cylinders with dual-axis positioning to vacuum-seal. Transverse cutters cut packs apart; longitudinal cutters trim sides. Scrap is collected by reciprocating screw winding around the top-film core. Mitsubishi servo drives chain traction. After power-loss or e-stop, fault memory restores the program automatically (proprietary feature).
