Funktionsweise
PVC sheet enters the heat-forming station with positive-pressure forming and mechanical punch to form deep-pocket blisters (up to 60 mm). Products are dosed via a universal feeder handling ampoules,vials,syringes,big honey pills,and irregular shapes. Aluminum foil top web is heat-sealed with eye-mark registration for printed-pattern alignment. Lot number is embossed . Avulsion lines are impressed. Finished blisters are die-cut. Delta servo motor drives traction to 220 mm programmable stroke; culm double-pendulum mechanism adjustable 40–220 mm. Forming,sealing,embossing,and punching stations are oriented by a gear-mandrel for precise multi-station registration. Main transmission via parallel-axis and bevel-wheel speed reducer.
