Funktionsweise
Granular material flows from the stainless steel hopper into the chrome-plated tin-bronze feeder; the rotary turret with 31 die stations carries material under upper and lower compression rollers (double-sided compression). Pre-compression and main compression form the tablet, then an ejector pushes the finished tablet onto the discharge chute. Built-in dust collection captures airborne powder during pressing. PLC + touchscreen orchestrate VFD speed and timing.
