SED-40PTZG — Effervescent Tablet Paper-Wrapping & Tube Filling Machine

The vibrating system conveys tablets out of the hopper. As they pass through the sieving unit, surface powder and debris are screened out, and qualified tablets are sent into the track automatically per setting quantity. After tablets are arranged neatly, they enter the paper wrapping unit. After wrapping, tablets are pushed horizontally into the tube at the filling position. The tube flip mechanism turns the tube from horizontal to vertical and enters the capping process. Once detected as full, the tube is automatically capped and ejected. If there is no tablet or too few tablets, the tube will not be capped and will be automatically rejected.
