Funktionsweise
Process flow: carton magazine feed → vacuum suction & robotic carton opening → tongue opening → vial infeed (storage / queue) → vial sorting & shifting → suction-vial insertion into the box → vision inspection → foam-tray placement (Yamaha 10 kg SCARA robot) → carton flap closing → foam-pad placement (Yamaha 10 kg SCARA robot) → carton transport → carton final closing → finished product output. Siemens PLC + 10" HMI + servo drives orchestrate two Yamaha robots, AirTAC pneumatics, Omron encoders and a vision camera. Variable-frequency stepless speed control; interlocks for missing carton, missing product and mechanical overload.
