SED-40HY-D — Flower Basket Single-Punch Tablet Press SED-40HY-D

Granular feed is delivered from the flower-basket hopper to the die cavity. A reciprocating single punch driven by a 1.1 kW motor through an eccentric/cam mechanism descends into the die under up to 40 kN of pressure, compressing the granules into a tablet. The bottom punch ejects the finished tablet, the feeder shoe brushes it aside and refills the cavity, and the cycle repeats at up to 3000 tablets/hour. Filling depth (up to 25 mm), tablet thickness (up to 22 mm) and pressing pressure are independently adjustable.
