Funktionsweise

Composed of two main parts — the main frame and the control structure — connected via pipework and electrical devices. Main frame includes machine body, main oil cylinder, and ejection cylinder. A dual-pump hydraulic power unit drives the slide to perform the forming action. The computer control system manages time, working pressure, and stroke. After pressing, the machine performs dwell and delayed automatic return.

Pre-production: wipe outer surfaces with clean damp towel; wipe inside machine with damp towel; wipe hopper with towel then again with 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: wipe inside and outside with clean damp towel; wipe hopper with towel then 75% industrial alcohol. Monthly: check worm, worm gear, bearings and moving parts for looseness and wear; repair defects promptly. Store in dry, clean environment; not for use in acidic or corrosive atmospheres.
