Funktionsweise
Process: 1) Raw material added all at once to barrel, then binder injected; OR raw material + binder added at once to container; 2) Mixing system (motor + agitator + pulp + transmission + sealing) blends material into wet soft mass; 3) Granulating system (motor + cutter blade + transmission + sealing) cuts soft mass into wet granules. Cylinder cover with starting arm, support, pneumatic spring, guide sleeve and hinge. Pneumatic discharge through gate valve, three-way and interlock. Operator uses time display and panel keys to optimize granulation. Continuous production possible via vacuum feeder option.
