Funktionsweise
Servo motor (1.5kW) drives main mechanical linkages with sequence: push box -> long fold seal -> two side seals -> top/bottom seal. Body-fit wrapping principle with multi-function digital VFD stepless speed control. PLC programs heat-seal and reshape temperature,auto feeding and counting. Servo motor (0.75kW) feeds film with stabilizing air pump for static-free smooth feed. HMI touch screen for parameter setting,control,and status display. Cartoning overload auto-protection. Performs collection,palletizing,wrapping,fusion sealing,and body-fit shaping in one operation.
