Funktionsweise
Vacuum emulsifying machine with three-layer jacketed tank for heating/cooling. Bidirectional frame scraper agitator (4 kW, 0–86 rpm) prevents material from sticking to the wall; intermediate baffle paddle ensures thorough mixing. Top-mounted skewed-tooth homogenizer (7.5 kW, 0–3,000 rpm) with wire-cut precision-machined polished rotor and stator provides high-shear emulsification. Water ring vacuum pump (4 kW) achieves ≤−0.09 MPa to remove air bubbles and prevent oxidation. Bottom-inserted PT100 sensor (M12 thread, sanitary grade) controls temperature 50–200°C. Lid is opened hydraulically (1.5 kW).
