Funktionsweise
PLC integrated control with CNC variable-frequency drive and LCD touchscreen HMI. Servo motor + ball-screw positioning sets slit width on a high-precision linear-guide cutter carriage. Round knife (φ300 mm high-speed steel) is driven by a 2 HP motor with vector-control VFD, maintaining output torque at low speed without over-current trip. Pneumatic knife feed; automatic cooling-fluid spray cools the blade during cutting. Dual-panel operation: fixed LCD touchscreen plus mobile hand-held pendant.
