Funktionsweise

Tablets are placed in the 400 mm coating pan and rotate continuously, tumbling through the spray application zone. Coating solution is atomised via high-atomisation spray gun and distributed evenly onto the rotating tablet bed. Controlled-temperature hot air from the inlet fan simultaneously dries the coating film, producing a firm, fine, complete, and smooth film on tablet surfaces.

Prozessbeschreibung
