Funktionsweise

High-speed shearing crusher: a sharp fast blade on one side and an impact-style crushing blade on the other shear and break material at rotor speeds of 1000, 2400, or 4400 r/min. A fan mounted on the side of the crushing chamber exhausts air during operation to prevent high temperatures from accumulating inside the chamber. Particle size is controlled by selecting the appropriate screen mesh and/or adjusting rotor speed. Various blade shapes and sizes can be installed to suit different materials.

Prozessbeschreibung

1High-speed shearing crusher: a sharp fast blade on one side and an impact-style crushing blade on the other shear and break material at rotor speeds of 1000, 2400, or 4400 r/min.

Reinigung und Wartung

Pre-production: (1) Wipe outer surface with a clean damp cloth. (2) Open machine and wipe interior with a clean cloth. (3) Clean hopper with a clean cloth then sanitize with 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: (1) Wipe interior and exterior surfaces with a clean cloth. (2) Sanitize hopper with a clean damp cloth then 75% industrial alcohol. Periodic deep clean: Open the door cover and remove the sifter rack; unscrew the nut to remove the movable hammer, threaded lining shell bolt, and padding. Remove the belt cover and pulley; unscrew the fan housing and shell nut to remove fan housing cover and fan wheel. Unscrew the bearing rack-to-shell connecting nut; remove the bearing rack; then clean the crushing chamber. For the pulse dust collection system: open the dust-collector door, remove the filter bags with their frame tubes, and remove bags from frame tubes for cleaning or replacement. For pipe cleaning: loosen fastening nuts at joints, remove all pipes, clean, reassemble, and retighten.
