Funktionsweise
The stirring shaft inside the horizontal trough rotates forward and reverse under a 7.5 kW motor and WPA-155 gearbox. Special-shaped paddles on the shaft push materials simultaneously in radial, axial, and circumferential directions, forming compound circulation for thorough uniform mixing in minimal time. For discharge, a 1.5 kW motor and WPA-100 gearbox tilt the trough to 105° (adjustable via limit switch). Stirring shaft ends use PTFE + rubber ring double-seal to prevent material leakage.
