Funktionsweise
Caps are fed into the vibratory bowl, sorted mouth-up by the mechanical screening mechanism, and conveyed by the lift feeder (600 mm wide, 200 W motor, AC 220V 50/60 Hz) to the padding stations. Pneumatic cylinders drive the liner-folding and insertion mechanism. A photoelectric sensor feeds the PLC, which counts each cycle and triggers an automatic stop when the preset quantity is reached.
