Funktionsweise
Granular material is fed into the die holes of the rotating turret. As the turret rotates, upper and lower punches are compressed sequentially by the pre-pressure roller and then the main-pressure roller, compacting the granules into tablets. The dual pre-pressure plus main-pressure system extends the dwell time and improves tablet quality. An automatic broken-punch detection circuit stops the machine immediately if a punch breaks, protecting tooling and the machine.
