Fully automatic spout-pouch (Doypack with spout cap) filling and capping machine. Process sequence: auto pouch in-feed → auto liquid filling → auto cap orientation → auto cap-on → auto cap screwing → auto pouch discharge
Funktionsweise
Empty spout pouches are auto-fed onto a clamp conveyor at the in-feed station. They advance to the filling station where 20–100 ml of liquid is dispensed through the pouch spout. Caps are aligned mouth-up by an electromagnetic vibratory bowl, then transferred to the cap-on station where they are placed onto the spout. A torque-controlled rotating head screws each cap tight. Finished pouches are discharged at the out-feed.
