Funktionsweise
Empty cups arrive via a vibratory feeder (alarm if absent). The 4-up cam-divider indexing turret cycles cups through sequential stations: stepper-motor-driven powder dosing fills 5–20g into each cup; a pre-cut film magazine drops a die-cut sealing film over the cup mouth (alarm if absent); a heat-seal head bonds the film to the rim; an ear-folding station folds the film tabs for clean appearance; a lid-snap station picks and snaps a plastic lid (alarm if no material); vacuum-suction pickup outputs the finished cup (alarm if not removed cleanly).
