SED-4-2XGS-Z — Vial Liquid Filling, Stoppering, and Crimping Machine

Dry, clean vials enter the machine via a divider plate that arranges them in order, then move along a rail onto the main rotary table. At the filling station the filling head descends and metering pumps deliver liquid through silicone food/pharma-grade tubing; the head then retracts. Vials proceed to the stoppering station where stoppers are aligned by an electromagnetic-resonance vibratory bowl and inserted. They then move to the 3-knife capping station where flexible-jaw crimping rolls aluminum caps tightly onto the vial mouth. Polyoxymethylene (POM) parts handle dial wheels and guards.
