Funktionsweise
Bottles enter via a rotary supply tray onto a linear conveyor and are indexed beneath 4 (or 6) peristaltic / 316L piston metering pumps. Pumps deliver ±1% volumetric accuracy with anti-foam fill. Caps are vibrated into orientation by an electromagnetic feeder bowl, fed through a funnel guide, placed onto bottles, and tightened by the rotary capping head. Indexing wheel keeps cycle synchronized via a high-precision divider.
Prozessbeschreibung
1Bottles enter via a rotary supply tray onto a linear conveyor and are indexed beneath 4 (or 6) peristaltic / 316L piston metering pumps.
2Pumps deliver ±1% volumetric accuracy with anti-foam fill.
3Caps are vibrated into orientation by an electromagnetic feeder bowl, fed through a funnel guide, placed onto bottles, and tightened by the rotary capping head.
4Indexing wheel keeps cycle synchronized via a high-precision divider.
