SED-3KJ-W is a fully automatic Dolce Gusto-compatible coffee-capsule base sealing machine. Built on imported precision technology and SED's coffee-capsule production know-how, it supports aluminum, paper, and plastic lid
Funktionsweise
Empty Dolce Gusto-compatible capsule cups are loaded by the upstream auto-feeder. A sensor checks each cup for emptiness, then a stamping head cuts and heat-seals the first filter lid (paper/plastic) onto the cup. A second station cuts and seals the second lid (typically aluminum) on top. Sealed capsules are ejected for downstream packaging. Servo-driven motion delivers the precise alignment and cycle timing required for two-layer sealing.
