Funktionsweise
Two PVA water-soluble film rolls are paid off independently through web-edge correction guides. The top film is tensioned by a pneumatic tensioner (adjustable preload) with pneumatic brake. Both films converge over a 14-lane forming die where vacuum drawn by the Zhongde 200 external pump shapes the bottom film into pockets. A precision dosing system fills detergent liquid into each pocket. The top film is laminated and bonded under Omron PID-controlled heat to seal discrete pods. Finished pods exit downstream while waste edge film is rewound onto a scrap roller. Siemens PLC and AC-servo film drive synchronise the entire cycle.
