SED-35TH-D — Bin Hoist Mixer

An empty mixing bin pre-loaded with powders is pushed into the rotating yoke (insert frame) and locked with the clamp handle. The hoist column raises the bin to the mix position and locks it precisely. The drive rotates the yoke at variable speed (3-8 rpm) for the set time (1-59 min). On completion, the yoke stops vertically, the hoist lowers the bin back to floor level, and the cycle stops. Process data is printed, the clamp is released, and the bin rolls out to the next step. Infrared safety guards protect the mix zone during rotation.
