SED-35RS-Y — Fully Automatic L-Bar Shrink Packaging System

Operator places product on the manual infeed platform; the auto-film feeder pulls POF folded film over the product and punches alignment holes. The L-bar sealer descends — DuPont Teflon-coated alloy blade seals two sides while a vertical + horizontal photoelectric pair detects product (selectable for thin/small items). Sealed package is conveyed into the chain shrink tunnel where radiant heaters (800 W + 1100 W, K-thermocouple PID controlled) shrink the film tightly around the product. Top/bottom film synchronisers correct film drift.
