Funktionsweise
Two layers of aluminum foil (or Al/plastic/paper composites) are fed synchronously via a vibrating full-row feeder into the heat-seal roller. An analog temperature module with K-type thermocouple provides closed-loop temperature control. The frequency inverter drives the main unit at stepless speed. The ratchet mechanism and servo drive control material advance. A roller-type cutter with PLC control performs synchronous die-cutting. A manipulator sorts waste and conveys finished product.
Prozessbeschreibung
