Funktionsweise
Coating drum (1560mm dia.) rotates at 2–11 rpm via explosion-proof reduction motor with VFD stepless speed control. Hot filtered air (40–80°C, 5,268 m³/h, 0.5μm filter, Class 100,000 cleanliness) is supplied by 3kW explosion-proof blower through 3-stage filtering and steam/electric heating. Coating liquid is fed via peristaltic pump (BT600, 1–600 rpm) from insulation mixer (TB-130, 120L tank) to 4× Japanese Anest Iwata WA-101 spray guns with adjustable spray pattern, position, and angle. Dust-removal exhaust fan (7.5kW explosion-proof, 10,560 m³/h) directly exhausts outdoors. Closed-environment process prevents dust/spray escape. Microcomputer + temperature module control with Siemens touch screen and PLC.
