Funktionsweise

17 sets of upper and lower punches (26 mm diameter) mounted on a rotating turret circulate through fill, compression and ejection stations at 32 rpm. Granules from the feeder gravity-fill into the 22 mm-thick / 34 mm OD center dies; the lower punch sets fill depth; pressure rollers compress the powder into a tablet. PLC displays turret speed, compression force, fill depth and output in real time. Auto overload/overpressure protection stops the press if force exceeds the limit; emergency-stop device is fitted. Oil-immersed enclosed lower transmission ensures long service life.
