Funktionsweise
10 sets of punches mounted on a rotating turret circulate through fill, compression and ejection stations. For bicolor operation the press has two compression stations: the first compacts powder A in half the die cavity, then powder B is filled and the second compression stage presses the full tablet. The oil-immersed drive mechanism is sealed at the base to prevent cross-contamination. Pressure overload protection automatically stops the machine to prevent damage.
