SED-32S-A is a 32-channel electronic tablet/capsule counter with 4 fill heads (8 detection channels per head). Uses high-speed infrared dynamic electronic scanning with an MCU + PLC control system to count falling tablet

Funktionsweise
Tablets are loaded into the top hopper and multi-stage linear vibratory feeders progressively spread the heap into single-file lanes flowing toward the discharge mouths. Every 8 channels share one discharge gate; tablets fall one-by-one through 32 detection channels lined with infrared dynamic-scanning sensors (auto-light compensation for dust tolerance). An MCU counts each detected piece and at preset count opens a per-channel gate to drop the dose into the bottle below. Pneumatic positioning cylinders step the bottles. Independent gates allow simultaneous counting (above) and filling (below) for higher speed.
