PVC roll is pre-unwound, heated and positive-pressure formed into pockets on a flatbed (servo-driven, 30–60 times/min design speed); products are fed by a vibrating brush feeder into the formed pockets; continuous rotary roller heat-seals aluminium foil onto the PVC; the integrated batch-number-and-cutting station prints lot codes and punches blisters at up to 150 cycles/min. Co-location of batch-number and blanking units on the same horizontal line balances internal forces, allowing high-speed stable operation. System self-diagnoses overload or asynchrony and stops with a fault display; automatically recovers from initial position after fault clearance.
