Funktionsweise
Continuous chain pulls the lower film (or tray/cardboard) with product through the work station. Products are positioned on the tray inside the lower vacuum chamber; the upper chamber descends and seals; high-barrier top film is heated by the coil-heated coated panel and drawn down by vacuum to conform skin-tightly to the product; the chamber vents, then cut-and-seal is performed; the finished pack exits via the outfeed. The Busch 100 m³/h vacuum pump provides rapid high-vacuum. Supports multi-cavity tooling (1×1 up to 1×6) for yield optimisation.
