Funktionsweise
Variable-speed plastic-link conveyor feeds bottles in low-impact rows; sensors control row count and spacing; intermittent pneumatic push rods group bottles; vacuum-cup robotic arm picks pre-cut cardboard from the horizontal side magazine; bottles are pushed onto the cardboard; cardboard is wrapped U-shaped around the bottles; hot-melt glue (Lobede system) seals inner flaps; pneumatic actuators fold and press outer flaps; the upper press plate closes top tongues; patented roller-press mechanism ensures strong glue adhesion for long-haul transport; slat-link chain delivers the finished carton to the outfeed. Push-rod clutch auto-disengages on bottle jam; machine stops for safe fault clearing.
