SED-30YZ-G Swaying (oscillating) Granulator. A specialized machine that forces a wet powder mixture through a screen by means of a forward-and-reverse rotating drum to produce granules. Suitable for manufacturing granule
Funktionsweise
The drum rotates alternately forward and reverse (50 rpm), forcing the wet powder mixture through a stainless-steel punching mesh to produce granules of the desired size. Speed reducer is actuated by a motor through a v-belt pulley; an eccentric sheave drives a gear rack, causing the drum to make periodic alternating rotation. For dry-lump crushing, agglomerated mass is impacted and forced across the screen mesh.
