SED-30VH-E — V-Type Mixer

V-shaped asymmetric mixing: powder/granule materials are loaded into the V-shaped barrel(s) which rotate slowly (20 r/min). As the V tilts, the materials repeatedly fold and split between the two arms, achieving uniform mixing without dead corners. Each full rotation moves ~25% of the material from one cylinder to the other; simultaneously the cylinders generate radial flow, so the material undergoes alternating lateral and radial decomposition and recombination, yielding very even mixing. After mixing, the discharge valve at the V apex opens for material discharge.
