Funktionsweise
Steam-heated air is driven through the chamber by a low-noise axial-flow fan (Wujin Fan Factory, 0.45 kW, explosion-proof) in a fully sealed recirculating loop. Adjustable air-distribution plates on both sides — smooth, burr-free for easy cleaning — ensure even drying. A top-mounted moisture exhaust device with high-efficiency filters (Changzhou, 300×400) at intake/outlet maintains hygiene. Automatic temperature controller maintains setpoint with audible/visual over-limit alarm. Steam regulated via DN20 valve (Shanghai) and steam trap.

1Steam-heated air is driven through the chamber by a low-noise axial-flow fan (Wujin Fan Factory, 0.45 kW, explosion-proof) in a fully sealed recirculating loop.
