Funktionsweise
PLC + Omron CP2E controlled vertical cartoning. Vacuum suction cups open flat cartons from the magazine; operator manually loads 3 bottles plus insert into the open carton; carton flaps are tucked and sealed by glue spray (or insert-tuck) mechanism. Indexing 0S83-4L-180 indexer (Zhongli) drives station motion; motor 1.5 kW with VFD (Omron 3G3JZ-A4015).
